|Recommended: YesVery Good Service — I just recently moved into Allerton Place and I've gotta give credit where it's due. Alex in the front office has been amazing. Nothing but helpful, very personable and understanding, and just a really down to earth guy. Apartments will always have problems, so being at one where I know someone who will help and will do his job well is a breath of fresh air. Can't say enough about the guy. Made the application and move-in process extremely seamless. If anyone's considering moving here, ask for Alex.
|Recommended: YesProperty Manager Assistant Property Manager — I’ve been living here for about 5 years and when I first got here the office people didn’t have a care in the world and overlooked your problems like it was too much to handle but the current managers we have now are phenomenally amazing and nothing goes unnoticed not even the small things. I appreciate you for being apart of Allerton place. Keep being YOU.

|Recommended: YesYour maintenance personnel are TOP NOTCH. They arrive in a timely manner, explain what they are going to do to fix the problem and proceed to do so. If they need to leave the apartment while they are correcting the problem, they tell us where they are going and when they will be back. Once they complete the project, they clean up after themselves and off they go. Very friendly and polite.
Your front desk ladies are friendly and polite. I don’t have a lot of interaction with them.

|Recommended: YesHave Loved Living Here — We absolutely love our apartment. The location is perfect for us We are usually in Greensboro, High point, Oak Ridge or Winston Salem in any given day and you can’t beat the location. But my favorite part— MAINTENANCE. They have always helped us in a timely matter and did a perfect job The guys are super friendly and respectful they make you feel like everything is really taken care of. Cant recommend this place enough

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Recently moved and haven’t been here long, however, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt and courteous. I don’t know my neighbors yet but everyone is pretty quiet and friendly. So I’m hoping for a great year here.

The staff and the maintenance have been the up most great to me and my family been here for 1 year now. And it a nice place to live I would recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a place to live and grow with there family.
