|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — I recently moved into Allerton Place Apartments and I love it here Everything was done online, from applying to signing the lease. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and professional The apartment has a spacious layout and was in great condition for my move-in day This property is in a great location and has lots of amenities for residents.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Call Home — My experience with the property staff has been exceptional. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly I appreciated that I was emailed quickly to my questions and the rental app that they use makes it easy to pay rent.
The property grounds are beautiful.

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here — i relocated here greensboro from baltimore , sight unseen and i am extremely impressed with Allerton Place Apts. the maintenance staff always responds to non-emergent requests with a day or 2. the grounds are always clean, i never hear any noise. the staff in the office is very friendly and they communicate about changes to policies or procedures within a good time frame to allow us time to adjust to the changes. they also have events in the complex geared toward the residents participation, which is cool. i get to meet and mingle with my neighbors on a regular basis thanks to the rental office. and all the few minor issues that i had at move in, were fixed within the first week. i am very impressed with Allerton Place.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is a great place to stay. It’s within driving distance from some good shopping areas, a good school, and it’s a quiet place where nobody comes to bother. All the staff are really professional. I interact with Anthony and Ariana and they are really nice people with pleasant personality. They’ve always been helpful and available whenever needed.
